Decoding Weight Loss is a twelve-week program designed to help each individual achieve their weight loss goals. 

It all starts with one free 30-minute session for each individual. There we will determine your specific needs and goals. 

  • Weekly one hour sessions through zoom where I will coach taking into account your specific goals, hurdles and desired outcomes. 

  • Homework and exercises designed to fast-track your progress, keep you accountable and go deep.

  • I will teach you how to keep a food journal and why this is an essential part of the process.

  • I will teach you different coaching tools that you can apply to help you lose weight, stay at your ideal weight naturally and transform your life.
