Welcome to my blog!

It's a marathon, not a sprint.


These are the thoughts I kept in my mind when I started my weight loss journey.


I was tired of all the diets. Done with all the gimmicks, exhausted of feeling like I didn't belong in my body.


I was finally ready to commit 100% until I achieved the results I wanted.


I put one foot in front of the other and honored my self all the way through.


I learned all I could about the brain and how to hack it for my desired results.


I learned all about hormones because turning 40 meant that these were now playing a bigger part in my efforts to lose weight.


I started to listen to my body and learned what foods were fueling it.


And most importantly, I started coaching my self.


This was key when all my crazy emotions came up.


After many attempts and feeling like a failure, I would get back to my journal and dump my brain of all the negative noise in my head and started to re-write my story.


It's a marathon, not a sprint...is the simple sentence that got me to the finish line.


I want this for you!


I know it's possible, I have since done it for my self and many others and can show you how.


But you gotta be all in!
